• Returns and exchanges are not permitted once the courier has left.
• Exchanges are only accepted within 48 hours in the rare case of a manufacturing defect, and must be for the same item, color, and size.
• Items purchased during sale periods or promotional offers are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
